2. - 9. august 2025
set sail for a week of getting your body aligned with nature. we head to the most remote skärs of the archipelago to find rocks to run and saunas to sweat.
be guided to maneuver a yacht between rocky islands of the north all by yourself. a course of healthy dishes fuel the body for the adventures awaiting the next day.
sailing
travel only using the elements.
onboard you will be involved in every part of the sailing aspects of the voyage, all accustomed to your experience and your interests to learn more. time allows a comprehensive introduction into sailing maneuvers, docking and anchoring of a big ship.
for all non sailors the trip is a nice way to step foot into what it means to travel by boat, its constraints as well as its beauty.
trail running
as trail runners we are a community always looking for new trails. boat life broadened our horizon to find unique landscapes, untouched.
the skär rocks of the archipelago present us with routes that have never been run before.
each trail varies in length, allowing us to conserve energy throughout the week. one can always take the extra mile, the shortcut, increase or decrease tempo.
starting point will always be our boat, finish line will always be a sauna.
sauna
each day in the skärgården, we end our adventures by anchoring at a new island and making our way to a cozy sauna by the water's edge.
as the sun dips below the horizon, we unwind in the warmth of the sauna. the sauna becomes a cherished ritual, a moment of relaxation and reflection, as we watch the tranquil waters of the archipelago stretch out before us. It’s the perfect way to close out a day of exploration and prepare for the next leg of our journey.
life on board
our yacht is our base camp. here we cook our meals, relax laying on deck and find good sleep.
booking options include entire cabin for yourself (130cm bed), sharing a cabin or taking a spot in the bunk bed cabin.
starting point
starting point and finish is stockholm lidingö, a short tram or boat ride from the city center.
group size
we’re a crew of 6 to 8 people on a ship fitting 10 people. more space, stronger bonding.
experience
it’s beneficial having done a sailing trip before and being familiar with the limitations of space on boat travels. this is not a must.
you need to be a runner, fit and healthy and able to do multiple 10k runs a week.
price included
everything except transportation to and from stockholm.
food
we arrange a variety of vegetarian and vegan dishes that support our high energy consumption.
hearty grain bowls and plant based proteins fuel the days.
check in & out
check-in is august 2nd, 2 p.m. in stockholm lidingö, check-out is august 11th, 10 a.m..
